2. Build a company profile
3. Post job information on the website, the information includes the job title, job descriptions, the working place and the number of employees of the position that the company need.
4. Screen the profiles of all the job seekers through key words, such as location, industry, job title and work experience.
5. Receive and download résumés of job seekers
6. Watch and download videos of job seekers
7. Send out interview invitations to job seekers
8. Send out rejection messages to job seekers
9. A network interview with HR (for long-distance job seekers, for example, a graduate in the U.S. who wants to apply for a job in china).

Applicants

1. Register an account
2. Submit résumé
3. Submit video résumé
4. Search for jobs through key words, such as location, industry, Sectors, Job title
5. Apply for positions at target company
